Hotel CAN MOIO is the ideal place to rest, relax and discover the surrounding area throughout the year. Enjoy the marvellous salt-water swimming pool in summertime, lounge in front of open fireplaces in winter or take a gentle stroll around the beautiful gardens.
Our small design hotel with only 5 guest rooms is located in Montuïri, a small village situated in the region Pla de Mallorca in central Majorca. The building was constructed in the early twentieth century and its architecture is typical of the region. It is known as CAN MOIO or previously as Ca s’Italià because of its original Italian owner.
The house underwent an important renovation at the beginning of the seventies, when the new owners acquired it, however always conserving its original essence. Distinguished by its facade and ornamental features it has been registered as a listed building in Majorca.
During 2015 and 2016, CAN MOIO was refurbished under the guidance of the architects Bernardo Oliver and Luca Cerullo (who won an award for his work in December 2016). They have managed to achieve a unique space combining tradition and modernity.

With only 5 double rooms, there will never be more than 10 guests around. CAN MOIO is a stylish accommodation and a hideaway for adults rather than for families with children. Feel like home and move freely in our living room and lounge, select a book from our library and find your favourite reading spot, serve yourself at the honesty bar with drinks, coffee and tea, fresh fruit and pastries or take a swim in our wonderful outdoor pool surrounded by flowers, bushes and trees and listen to the twittering of the birds. The silence and tranquillity of hotel CAN MOIO surrounds you and lets you calm down immediately. Also for small events CAN MOIO is the perfect setting with private flair: the porch in the garden with a capacity for 50 people is perfect for a party, a conference or a coaching. After breakfast hours, the comfortable dining room can be used as meeting room as well.

We care for our guests and will always make sure that you have everything you need. Discreetly we are present whenever you need us, if not, just feel like home at CAN MOIO. Every double room of our small boutique hotel has been designed with love, we selected furniture, beddings and accessories with thought and want you to be comfortable at all times. Every room is different and still they belong together and are one entity. Comfort, design, high-quality equipment and historic elements create this so special atmosphere that our clients (and we ourselves) truly love. We are a fan of personalized services. For example, why not book a massage? Our therapist will come to your room to pamper you, or, if you prefer, we set up a private massage area by the pool or the terrace for you. Also our reception hours depend on your travel times – when you arrive, we’ll be here to welcome you.

Our location is perfect for beach days, city trips, sightseeing, hiking and cycling and the exploration of the small Majorcan villages with their unique charm. Everything is possible.
|| PRODUCT-ORIENTED ||
We care for our environment and want to support the local community. We use products from Majorca and serve homemade food whenever possible: extra virgin olive oil, Majorcan “ramallet” tomatoes, bread that we buy from a traditional bakery in the emblematic market of Santa Catalina in Palma every morning, a selection of cheese from Menorca, Majorca, La Mancha (the famous Manchego) and France as well, various sausages (Spanish classics such as sobrasada and fuet, serrano ham, cooked ham, turkey and chicken breast), dried fruit, fresh fruit of the season, cereals and freshly squeezed juice from Majorcan oranges. A la carte you choose your favourite egg dishes, for example French omelette, fried eggs with bacon or scrambled eggs.
Our breakfast buffet is served every morning from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Our guests can enjoy it in our north garden with its truly beautiful atmosphere listening to the twittering of the birds. During the colder months, come and enjoy our breakfast inside in our cosy dining room.
